Iced Cappuccino Shake
2 tbs. Herbalife Formula 1, French Vanilla flavor (available at www.shopherbalife.com/krocha)
½ c. nonfat milk
1 c. cold coffee (or cold water with 1 tsp. of instant coffee)
1 packet artificial sweetener
3 to 4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder."
