Chai Latte Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (order at www.shopherbalife.com/krocha)
1 cup nonfat milk
3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
1/2 banana
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
A few dashes each: ginger, clove, black pepper
4-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Calories: 272
Protein: 21 grams
Fat: 0.5 grams
Carbohydrate: 24 grams"
