Banana Bread Shake
Get your banana bread fix with this delicious shake.

Ingredients:
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
(order Formula 1 at www.shopherbalife.com/krocha)
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 very ripe banana
1/8 teaspoon black-walnut flavoring (almond works if you can't find walnut)
A few drops vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon
8 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Ingredients
1 cup Formula 1 Vanilla
(Order Formula 1 at www.shopherbalife.com/krocha)
1 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1-2 cap full maple flavoring
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Press into an 8x8 pan and cut into 8 pieces. 1 bar = 1 shake
